Primary and Secondary School
-
As an alumnus of Rosyth Primary School, I was blessed with an eventful
and enriching primary school life. From joining the choir, to taking
part in writing competitions, you could say I definitely had many
opportunities to develop myself holistically. In 2017, I entered Nan
Chiau High, which was one of the best decisions of my life. Some of the
highlights of my time spent there included participating in 2018
National Day Parade as part of the Red Cross Youth contingent.
My overseas experience
-
That same year, I also got an amazing opportunity to join a group of
students flying to Jakarta, Indonesia for a leadership camp. Much to my
surprise, I also took part in debate competitions and attended a
national sports camp. I never liked having to speak in front of a
crowd, or the feeling of having to meet new people. However, through
these experiences, I was able to push myself out of my comfort zone,
which I am eternally grateful for. The school's culture was one of a
kind, like one big family. Whenever I faced difficulties in my studies,
there was always someone I could turn to, be it a teacher or a
classmate.
